1. You can make an entry into the Draw form each time you purchase any Hydraulink product or service of any value from Hydraulink Fluid Connectors Limited, any authorised Hydraulink Distributor, Hydraulink Hose Shop or Mobile Fast Fix Service Technician in New Zealand. One entry per sale. Proof of sale may be requested.

2. There is no limit to the number of times New Zealand Customers are allowed to enter.

3. The company that holds or pays the account with Hydraulink is deemed to be the entrant should any dispute arise.

4. Promotion will run from 1st June 2009 to 1st August 2009.

5. The major prize is a trip for two to Sydney in August to see a major game between NZ and Australia. This prize includes two return flights, airport transfers, 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 twin share, a 3 hour harbour cruise and two tickets to the Hydraulink Corporate Box at the game. A flight will depart from and return to either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, whichever is closest to the winning entrant. The total value of the prize package is over $5,000.

6. The Customer who wins the prize will be accompanied by a representative from the Hydraulink Distributor or Fast Fix Service Technician who invoiced the job and also a representative from Hydraulink Fluid Connectors Ltd.

7. Secondary prizes may be awarded in selected regions at the discression of individual Hydraulink Distributors.

8. The prize draw will be conducted on the 3rd of August 2009 at 12 noon. Winners will be notified by phone. The prize winner will be displayed on www.hydraulink.com

9. Prizes are not transferrable or negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. The decision of Hydraulink Fluid Connectors Limited is final in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. Hydraulink will accept no resopnsibility for entries lost or not received.

12. Employees of Hydraulink and the Hydraulink Network (i.e Franchisees, Distributors, Sub Distributors, Fast Fix Service Technicians or their employees are ineligible to enter.

13. Hydraulink will not use personal information received for any other purpose. At the conclusion of this promotion all entries will be destroyed.
